The 12D Andromedans

The 12th dimensional Andromedans come from the Andromeda Star System. They are fully conscious and sovereign beings, and are one of the most spiritually advanced races in the universe. They are sought after because of their diplomacy with all worlds.

Activate the Oneness within you. You've had many lifetimes when you practice oneness. This consciousness is one of unity. These are lifetimes on Earth and on other planets. Your Soul is ready to express it once again in this lifetime.

We ask that you focus on the energy of oneness. It is not complicated. It is in fact simple, but not necessarily easy. Begin by spending time in nature.

Sit with your eyes closed, and give intent that you are one with all beings from all kingdoms of Earth. They are the human, animal, plant, and mineral kingdoms. And all other natural elements in between.

Engage your heart center as you say these words.

>. When you feel a breeze, say, "I am the breeze." And you are the breeze.

> When you hear the chirping of the birds, say, "I am the birds." And you are the birds.

>. When you hear children playing, say, "I am the children." And you are the children.

Continue in this manner, and after sometime open your eyes, and now look at the grass and the trees, and say to yourself, "I am the grass. I am the trees.”

Let oneness take over your consciousness. Let your consciousness meld with that of other beings and elements. Do this consciously. Do not rush with this exercise. Take your time. You will treat others with more loving kindness. Feel the love in your heart as you utter these words to yourself.

They are all aspects of you, extensions of you. You are all One, yet with different expressions of the One, different aspects of the One. When you bring to mind the ETs or aliens, like ourselves, tell yourself, "I am the Andromedans." We are all sentient beings across the cosmos. Together we make up "All That Is", the Creator.

Let this be your focus for this month. And you will easily experience what Oneness feels like, and looks like.

This is an important criteria in the shift that you are experiencing in your ascension journey.

We are the Andromedans.

When we are spiritually awakened, we discover that our true nature is divine, infinite, eternal, limitless. The physical 3D human form which we take on only for a short duration of time, is to help us grow spiritually and wake up to this higher truth.

And we look around us and we see others in their true nature that is divine, infinite, eternal, limitless. They too are in 3D human form playing different roles, different gender, different races and personalities, learning different lessons with unique life paths, all for the purpose of waking up to remember who they truly are. And this includes the perpetrators. They are the abusers, the murderers, the addicts, the robbers, the cheaters, the ones who cause pain and suffering upon others. And we are all here to remember our true nature and that is, we all come from the same Source. We are all One. And we are all connected.

As we see others as ourselves, when they are struggling or make a mistake, it becomes natural for us to want to help them by taking compassionate action and ask if there is anything we can do to help. And if we can’t physically reach out to them, we send them positive energies of love and light, and manifest for them by envisioning that they and their situation are already healed. And to the perpetrators, we exercise compassion and forgiveness. Sending them love and light, and healing energies, so they may ‘see’ better and make higher choices.

This is how we respond to others when we practice oneness, by engaging the divine qualities within us. This is unity consciousness, and it is the mark of spiritual maturity. It is the consciousness that prepares us for 4th density living.

And we’re asked to let go of thoughts, words, actions, and choices that create separation. They have no place and do not support us on 4th density Earth.

If you find yourself judging another or a situation, or if you are triggered or offended by what others say, I ask that you take the time to look at the beliefs and prejudices that you hold that cause you to respond negatively. It is time to purity your human filter. Balance is key in accepting duality.

I’d like to share with you another exercise you can do to practice oneness when you are not in nature.

Let's say you are travelling on a train or a bus. You may silently say to yourself as you look at each passenger, sitting or standing, to your left, to your right, and in front of you, "That's me, having a different experience." And then pause for several seconds. In that short moment, you will actually experience that person's consciousness or state of being. Just for a moment. That is the melding of both your consciousnesses taking place. You will feel compassion, or understanding for that person, right after that brief moment. Do this and experience it for yourself. It is that powerful.

From the 4th density and upwards to 5th, 6th and higher, we develop a collective or galactic consciousness. With a collective consciousness, every action we take we will be asking ourselves if it will be for the highest good for All. We will play a more responsible and expanded role because our actions will have impact on the collective.
