The Seven Sacred Flames or Rays are practised by the Ancient Lemurians who migrated to the Inner Earth and called their home Telos the Lemurian City of Light. They have shifted to 5th dimensional consciousness. They and the Ascended Masters are encouraging us to begin using these flames or rays to consciously shift to 5D as well.
